CAKE
At Nomad Mall of Africa, we understand that some of our guests may want to bring their own cakes to celebrate special occasions. If you would like to bring a cake to replace a dessert on our menu, we kindly request a fee of R20 per person. Alternatively, if you would like a custom-made cake that perfectly suits your preferences, we work closely with a reliable outsourced company that produces high quality cakes. Our pastry chefs will collaborate with the company to ensure that the cake meets your expectations and is delivered on time for your celebration. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this service and we will be happy to provide you with more information.

Beverage Menu
deposits
To ensure that everything is confirmed and ready for your celebration, we kindly request a deposit of R250 per person to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. To make your payment, please email your name, the date of your booking and your contact details to info@madnomad.co.za and include the deposit as reference. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
Dietary requirements
At Nomad Mall of Africa, we believe that everyone deserves a delicious meal, no matter their dietary requirements. If you or any of your fellow nomads have any specific dietary needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know in advance. We will do what we can to accommodate your requests.
Cancellations
We totally get it – sometimes things don’t go as planned! If you need to cancel your reservation at Nomad Mall of Africa, just give us a shout at least 14 days beforehand and we’ll happily refund your deposit. Its less than 7 days before your booking, we won’t be able to refund your deposit.
GIFT VOUCHER
Treat your loved ones to a special dining experience at Nomad Mall of Africa with our personalized gift vouchers! Simply send us an email to purchase and we’ll send you a voucher that’s tailored to your needs. Please note that vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash. To make the most of your gift please use it within six months of the purchase date.
